The Sydney Diocese of the Anglican Church

The Sydney Diocese of the Anglican Church is a Christian denomination that bases its beliefs and practises firmly on the Bible.

You can investigate what the Bible teaches about God, His Son Jesus and our need for a relationship with him by visiting Christianity.net.au

Important to our life here in Sydney is our mission:

“To glorify God by proclaiming our saviour the Lord Jesus Christ in prayerful dependence on the Holy Spirit, so that everyone will hear his call to repent, trust and serve Christ in love, and be established in the fellowship of his disciples while they await his return.”

Our aim is to see ten per cent of the people of Sydney in Bible-based churches in 10 years. You can learn more about our mission by clicking here.

We seek your prayers as we strive to serve God and make him known.
